This page explains what cookies and similar tracking technologies we use on hamptonsconsulting.ai, why, and how you can control them.
01What cookies are
Cookies are small text files placed on your device by websites you visit. They are widely used to make websites work, or work more efficiently, and to provide information to site owners. Similar technologies include pixels, local storage, and tags — this policy covers all of them, collectively referred to as “cookies.”
02Types of cookies we use
We group the cookies on our site into four categories:
- Strictly necessary — required for the site to function. These cannot be switched off. They include cookies that record your cookie-consent choice.
- Analytics — help us understand how visitors use the site so we can improve it. We currently use Google Analytics.
- Marketing & attribution — help us measure which marketing channels bring visitors to the site and understand how our ads perform. We use Meta (Facebook) Pixel and LinkedIn Insight Tag.
- Functional — remember preferences you’ve set (for example, which sections of the site you’ve visited).
All categories other than “strictly necessary” are optional. We load them only if you accept them through our cookie banner.
